Item	Description
Bulletin Board Decoration: "All About Me" flowers	"Write your name in the center of the flower. Draw or paste a picture of yourself. In each petal, write things you would like to share about yourself." A great back to school bulletin board idea.
Cloze: Adjectives All About Me! elem/upper elem	[member-created with abctools] "I like to wear __ clothes. My ears are __ and __." Complete the sentences with adjectives.
Craft: Name Project	Simple name poster project.
Form: About Me (for Babysitters)	Just print and use the form to give to the parents that hire you. Parent can use this to know the sitters schedule.
Form: All About Me (upper elem)	[created with abctools] Favorites, nickname, etc. After each student fills in this information page, paste the pages on colored construction paper and hang them up on the wall so that pupils can get to know each other better.
Form: All About Me (upper elem/ middle)	Have your students write about themselves, their interests, and their goals.
Form: Welcome Back ...to Middle School	Start the year right by helping students look at themselves and their goals for the coming year with these pages of open-ended and wide-ranging questions about interests and goals.
Glyph: Star	Color a blackline star by following the directions in the legend.
Projects: My Memory Book (primary)	13 pages for students to fill in simple prompts and draw or attach pictures as illustrations for their favorite color, animal, sport, etc.
Spanish: Mi Libro de Memorias	My Memory Book. A great teaching tool to do over time for students to record their experiences in Spanish class. Upper elementary.
Survey: Find Someone Who... (multi-age)	"Go around the room, and ask your classmates about the items below. Have them sign their name in the boxes below."
Unit: Setting & Achieving Goals (upper elem/ middle)	This is a great way of involving parents and students in goal-setting. Starting with a letter to parents and ending with a form for helping students achieve self-set goals, measure their own progress, and learn the sense of accomplishment that comes with achievement!
